Once your PDF file is open, choose 'Print' from the 'File' menu. If you started Evince from the terminal, open your PDF file by choosing 'Open' from the 'File' menu. Im not sure, but I dont think Fedora has a synonymous function. You can launch it by double-clicking on a PDF file, or by typing evince in your Terminal window. Whenever I try out something new like this, afterwards, I re-run the dpkg-reconfigure script to set Evince as my default PDF & document viewer.
